Upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly clerk and checked in efficiently. The room itself was very clean, comfortable and well-lit (unlike many hotels in North America, it had proper ceiling lights as well as indirect lights, so I was able to see what I was doing). It also had a coffee maker with proper china mugs. I slept well. In the morning I had breakfast: the staff were friendly, and the price (CA$ 16) and quality was commensurate with a hotel of this category (i.e. neither bad nor excellent, but decent).

The room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the Calgary airport runways (that's a bonus :)). The bathroom was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hotel provided us free pick up and drop off through their shuttle to and from the airport, which made our lives easy. They allowed us to order food from outside, which was a real help and offered us dishes and utensils even though we didn't order from their restaurant. Its a great facility and definitely a great choice if you wish to live near the airport.

The room was really big, much more spacious than we expected and the bed was comfy. Everything we needed was there and the shower facilities were great. We ate in the restaurant and it was lovely, we also got a discount voucher as it was stampede time. Shuttle to the airport was convenient and the train station is walking distance.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The gym, pool, and sauna were kept clean and accessible at all times of the day. Good channel options on TV, and plenty of parking. Special events and entertainment were planned for Calgary Stampede.

The hotel was a short taxi ride away from Calgary airport, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and spacious. The swimming pool had a slide which was handy for the kids and the breakfast was nice. We also had a complementary late check-out, which was helpful as we had arrived late the previous night. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to stay here again next time we're in Calgary.

I had a comfortable stay. I appreciated that the housekeeping team was not in and out of the room during the time I was there. That felt like a reasonable measure of safety in this COVID aware environment. I appreciated the size of the room and the comfort of the bed and pillows. The water slide was an unexpected surprise.

It was a very clean and beautiful room. Located close to the airport with great shuttle service. Driver was awesome. The front desk was helpful and friendly. I appreciate their help in directions. I enjoyed the breakfast as well.

We were not told rooms would only be cleaned after 3 days ,so we had run out of toilet paper,tissue, clean towels and coffee for machine offered in room. We called down and they sent someone up immediately with provisions. Very eager to make sure we were fine and that we had everything we needed. Very pleasant and helpful. We will stay there again if in the area. Lovely , large room well equipped.
